Justin Bieber Assaulted a Photographer?

Justin Bieber has been accused of battery by a paparazzo who claims things got ugly when he attempted to take a photo of the Biebs.

The photographer, whose identity has yet to be revealed, claims that he simply snapped a pic of Justin and girlfriend Selena Gomez, and some sort of physical altercation followed. According to the photographer, Justin became irate and a brief fight took place. The pap called an ambulance, complaining of upper torso pain.

Witnesses at the scene have offered a different story. According to TMZ, those present at the scene say a scuffle did ensue after the photographer blocked Justin's car and refused to move, but it wasn't until he was approached by an attorney who told him how much money the incident could be worth that he decided to fake an injury and call 911.

Sounds like a typical case of an attempt to cash in on someone else's celebrity. This dude should call Mariah Yeater for tips.
