Justin Bieber recently received his GED, and to mark the milestone, Ellen DeGeneres threw him a surprise high school graduation on Wednesday’s “Ellen,” complete with cap and gown.

DeGeneres first noted “how important [his] hair is” to him, so she had a special cap designed that hovered just above his sculpted ’do.
The talk-show host then told Bieber how “proud” she is of him and his accomplishments before presenting the singer with his diploma.
A beaming Bieber held up his diploma — and even said a few words.
Earlier in the show, the superstar announced to the shrieking girls and women in the audience that he was going on tour.

Justin Bieber will join Ryan Seacrest for a live stream event on Monday morning, just hours after unleashing “Boyfriend” on the world.
The Biebs is scheduled to be part of a special “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” that will also feature a “mystery megastar” and the announcement of the annual Wango Tango concert lineup.
For the occasion, the show will be live streamed, starting at 10:00 a.m. Eastern/7:00 a.m. Pacific.

This is Dilcie Fleming.
She’s had a rough few weeks, ever since March 7, when Justin Bieber sent out a tweet to his millions of followers, asking them to call him at a Dallas-area number with the last digit removed.
Fleming’s home phone matched one of the possible “complete” numbers, and she was immediately flooded with calls from hopeful Beliebers.
“I didn’t know what was going on. I answered the phone only because I thought maybe it was a family member,” Fleming told MSNBC on Thursday. “I hung up and my phone rang again, and it went on and on!”

While she isn’t really familiar with Bieber’s work, she’s seen him in her daughter’s magazines.
Fleming says, “I’m sure he’s a very nice young man, but this must be a joke that just didn’t turn out like they thought it would.”
While she has no plans to sue Bieber, she would like him to say he’s sorry.
“All I would to have is an apology from him, and possibly concert tickets for two great-granddaughters,” says Fleming.

Justin Bieber got slimed at the Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday.
Shortly after Willow and Jaden Smith announced that The Biebs had won the “Favorite Male Artist” award, but was unable to be there, the teen singer surprised the audience and made his way to the stage, hugging fans and shaking hands.
Once Bieber finished thanking everyone, host Will Smith told the teen singer he was the one star most fans wanted to see slimed.

Did Christina Aguilera diss Justin Bieber on “The Voice”?
That’s the big buzz after Tuesday’s show, where The Biebs previewed “Boyfriend” and talked about his upcoming album Believe.
The Bieber-Aguilera controversy stems from a moment after Bieber and host Carson Daly talked on stage, when the teen heartthrob greeted each of the show’s four coaches.

When he approached Aguilera, Bieber went in for a hug and kiss.
Aguilera, who had extended her hand for a shake, seemed momentarily surprised, and many sites are seizing on the supposed “dirty look” she shot The Biebs as he moved on.
But was this really a “snub,” as it’s being called?
A source close to Aguilera assures Gossip Cop it was nothing of the sort.
“She is a big fan of Justin,” we’re told.
The insider tells Gossip Cop the two stars “chatted before the show,” and that the only awkwardness with the embrace was because Aguilera didn’t expect Bieber to be so “informal” with his greeting.

Justin Bieber has made good on his promise to perform live on “The Voice” finale.
Last month, host Carson Daly asked The Biebs to come back, and the singer kept his word, returning to the show on Tuesday to sing “Boyfriend” live for the very first time.
The performance was noticeably more, uh, mature than some of Bieber’s past TV appearances.

Taking a page out of Jim Carrey‘s playbook (after he video romanced Emma Stone), Griffin tells the teen pop prince all about her affection for him, even though theirs wouldn’t be an age-appropriate coupling.
“I want you to know that you are all the way beautiful,” she says in her video message to Bieber. “Even with those, like, lesbian bangs.”
That said, Griffin acknowledges the age gap.
“I have lines… like, under my ass, even,” she explains.

Breaking news: Justin Bieber is popular.
More video has emerged to support this idea, after fans in Santiago, Chile mobbed the W Hotel, thinking The Biebs was in the building.
It turns out he wasn’t (at least not at that moment), although footage of the craziness did reach him.
“Wait… I dont think they have enough rooms,” he jokingly tweeted, along with the video below.
On Tuesday, Bieber’s hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina was swarmed by fans who couldn’t be stopped by mere barricades.
As he tours the world, Bieber is getting the kind of screaming, stampeding fan response experienced only by a select few – like the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and probably Andy Rooney.
