The soap opera of determining who was responsible for the King of Pop’s 2009 death finally came to an end in November, when Dr. Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to four years in jail.
10. Celebrity Hacking Scandal
After nude photos of Scarlett Johansson and Vanessa Hudgens hit the web, the FBI launched an investigation into the hacking scandal, and made an arrest in October. Christopher Chaney was accused of hacking dozens of celebrities’ personal email accounts, including Johansson, Hudgens, Christina Aguilera and Mila Kunis.
