Justin Bieber helped Selena Gomez adopt a dog!

The young lovebirds visited D’Arcy’s A.R.C. animal rescue in Winnipeg, Canada on Friday, before she took home a 10-week-old husky.

Gomez, who is currently on tour abroad, was reportedly homesick for the five rescue dogs she has at home.

She named her adorable pup Baylor.

On Monday night, a sick Gomez tweeted a photo of her snuggling with the husky, writing, “After 12 hours of medicine, tea, 1374 cans of soup and throwing up right when I get off stage ending my night with Baylor watching friends is perfect.”

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez Want to Adopt a Puppy

The most famous baby-faced couple in the world might become parents soon. Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are interested in adopting a puppy together. While the couple was in Winnipeg, they visited D’Arcy’s Animal Rescue Center, and took a liking to a dog named Baylor.

According to a volunteer at the shelter, “Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were here this afternoon playing with the dogs and puppies for over an hour. They expressed an interest in adopting one of the dogs.”

Ohmigod! This sounds like a horrible idea, but I’m sure they think it’s an excellent one. There are many logistical reasons why this would never work out, including the fact that they don’t actually live together and I’m pretty sure they don’t actually live by themselves. If/when they split, the poor dog will become the breakup dog that awkwardly exists...somewhere. Most likely in the custody of their parents.
