If you're a fan of Justin Bieber (and who isn't?) you're pretty much in heaven these days. The Biebs has blessed his Beliebers with a slew of new material in the past couple weeks, including the first single from his upcoming album and a video that can only be described as swag-tastic. Now Justin is taking time to show some appreciation for his biggest fan, his mother, Pattie Lynn Mallette.
Justin's new song, "Turn To You," drops on iTunes at midnight tonight. JB says it's a celebration of his mom, as well as of mothers everywhere, which it makes the download an incredibly easy, 99 cent last-minute Mother's Day gift. That's right, Justin wrote the song for his mom, but he's making it available now so that you can use his words to tell your mom how you feel. The Biebs is lookin' out for you. That's just how the Biebs rolls.

“Mop-top Justin Bieber just nixed a hair-brained acting gig — and a six-figure fee — to make a quickie cameo appearance on ‘How I Met Your Mother’ as a shiny-skull BALD GUY!” declares the National Enquirer.
Um… what?
The tabloid reports that The Biebs turned down a guest spot on the sitcom because he refused to don a bald cap, something he did for Jimmy Kimmel last year (picture at right).
“How I Met Your Mother” producers “weren’t even requiring Justin to shave his head for the role,” explains an Enquirer “source.” “They just wanted him to wear a skullcap that would make him appear shaved.”
According to the magazine, Bieber rejected the offer, telling the show, “Been there, done that!”
We wish the tab had “done” actual reporting, because this alleged bald cap flap is totally bogus.
A rep for Bieber tells Gossip Cop there’s “no truth” to the Enquirer story.

This is Dilcie Fleming.
She’s had a rough few weeks, ever since March 7, when Justin Bieber sent out a tweet to his millions of followers, asking them to call him at a Dallas-area number with the last digit removed.
Fleming’s home phone matched one of the possible “complete” numbers, and she was immediately flooded with calls from hopeful Beliebers.
“I didn’t know what was going on. I answered the phone only because I thought maybe it was a family member,” Fleming told MSNBC on Thursday. “I hung up and my phone rang again, and it went on and on!”

While she isn’t really familiar with Bieber’s work, she’s seen him in her daughter’s magazines.
Fleming says, “I’m sure he’s a very nice young man, but this must be a joke that just didn’t turn out like they thought it would.”
While she has no plans to sue Bieber, she would like him to say he’s sorry.
“All I would to have is an apology from him, and possibly concert tickets for two great-granddaughters,” says Fleming.
