Apparently, bright blue is the red carpet color of choice this weekend.
Justin Bieber hit Cannes for the NRJ Music Awards on Saturday, and the pop star was looking spiffy in slightly slicked hair and a hard-to-miss blue jacket.
As always, The Biebs’ arrival was accompanied by the shrieks of his admirers.
Later, during the ceremony itself, Bieber picked up an honor and expressed his appreciation for his fans – and some confusion when the host kept speaking to him in French.
